I think this website is phenomenal! As a single parent of a young child, I dreamed of a site where, while my daughter was sleeping, I could learn parenting techniques, connect with other parents in a similar situation and help me become the best parent for my daughter possible. As a single parent, we work and care for our kids. There is very little time to go to classes and meet with other parents. After working all day, we want to be with our kids. This is a perfect opportunity to be able to break through the aloneness, come along side other parents, and learn valuable information to help me love my kids the way they deserve to be loved. Thank you Jayne. I wish you all the best with your new venue of teaching. I know this is going to be an invaluable resource for so many parents, and kids.

I am looking forward to becoming an instructor, and to the introduction of this site in June!
April 22nd, 2008 at 2:09 pm
I originally took this course to present Parenting workshops in my community and I found the training great, very valuable information and easy to apply. I am in the process of opening a child care center and I feel this training will be of great help in the absence of being a certified teacher. Not only will it help with dealing with the children but I hope in empowering the parents as well.
Thank you very much,
Armida Marrufo

Well, it’s about time! What TOOK you so long?!
My wife and I started being coached by Jayne when my oldest - now 28! - was two. Thank GOD! I am happy to state that we have not only SURVIVED raising our 5 kids… but were able to enjoy parenting in ways that we had not even imagined. It is safe to say that our children would not be the successful, contributing citizens they are today without Dr. Major’s extraordinary insight, compassion and bravado. This site is going to be HUGE! Congratulations!

Congratulations on your new site Jayne! This site will help families across the world. I wish this was around for my parents to see. When I was little I hoped there would be a class for parents to work together for the emotional and physical health of a child. Thank you Jayne for your contribution to helping families and extending this to every family around the world.

Dear Dr. Majors,
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you and thank you for what I consider the “#1 PARENTING PROGRAM”. I have been a Certified Breakthrough Parenting Instructor for a few years now, and I have never seen clients respond so enthusiatically as they do about the Breakthrough Parenting course. Your program gets parents in touch with their own childhood issues and thus allows them to see what didn’t work for them. I have not only watched clients become better parents by completing your course, but also become more productive human beings. Again, thank you for giving the world a 21st Century Parenting Program!
April 24th, 2008 at 7:45 pm
I started reading the books and other literature about a month ago, it has opened our family up to a new way of communicating! I am closer to my children than I have ever been. Thank You!
April 24th, 2008 at 9:28 pm
Dear Jayne,
Congratulations on your next step.
I can honestly say that it was only after taking your class that I could truly see it for what it really was!
All the best,
Kevin

Training parents is an important role in our society. There are classes for everything…including puppy training, but parenting is beyond a doubt the most important thing we will ever do. Many people have not had the benefit of good parenting, and therefore have no way of knowing the difference. That is where Breakthrough Parenting comes in. We can finally learn how to break the cyclye and change the things that need to be changed in order to allow our children to grow beyond our limitations.
My son and I have taken all of the classes and I have taken the certification course. I am grateful for the perspective that this course has given us. There is no need to be victims of our past. We can now become responsible parents without crippling our children, by letting them take responsibility for their own lives as soon as possible.
Thank you for giving us the tools to become great parents.
Please do let me know how this website can help me become a great Breakthrough Parenting Instructor.

Dearest Jayne,
What a blessing to have been a part of your Breakthrough Parenting class. It helps me every day. I learned more from your classes than from years of one on one therapy. You have done so much good for so many of us and our families. Thank you for teaching me to build bridges instead of walls.
You are dearly loved.
Lisa

Jayne,
Congratulations on the launch of your website. You have been a strong and unwavering voice for parental alienation awareness.
Let us hope that parental alienation will soon be removed from family dynamics.
When that happens, know that you played a key role in ensuring that every child will be able to give and receive all of the love they deserve.

I have four children. 13 boy,10 boy,3 boy and 2 mo. girl. I have been struggling with my oldest two since my divorce in 2000. the 10 yr old has ADHD and the two boys just seem to nag each other on. Well now my 3 yr old wants to be like them and now he’s starting to bug, bite and hit. I just want help. i know they will never be perfect, but I’d like to be able to go one day with out yelling and threatening to take things from them and make them lose out.

Your article on parental alienation was the first I came across and opened up a whole world of education and help I desperately needed. As you know dealing with that requires every bit of knowledge you can get. You have Chrissie’s endorsement. Count me in.
